Constant states of stress, fear and overwhelm can pinch the flow of energy, creating imbalance in our body and making it more difficult to feel joy, ease, love and connection to something greater.

What is Feminine Embodiment Coaching (FEC)?
FEC is a transformative process that helps my clients connect with and embrace their feminine energy. It combines body awareness, emotional healing, and empowerment practices to foster a deeper connection with the Self and promote holistic well-being.
This session is for you if you are feeling stuck and disconnected, numb or frozen, chaotic or like you're too much in your head. In this hour I will help you rebalance, soften open and let go of tension that has been blocking your flow.
