How much time do I need to devote to this program?

 

• The program is structured to powerfully support your successful initiation.

• Content is released weekly so you spend enough time on each module.

• Each pre recorded lecture is 90 minutes so you can allow that time or break it up to suit your lifestyle and time available.

• Each week we have a live zoom call for 90 minutes. This call is schedule 3 times per month with a week off each month to catch up and support integration.

• Allowing time for integration and reflection will ensure you get the most out of the program.

• Calls are recorded and uploaded to the platform if you cannot attend live.

 

 

Are there any tech requirements?

 

The program can be accessed from your computer or mobile device via your student portal.

 

The link will be shared with you in your onboarding emails, directly after purchase.

 

You do not need any special requirements to access the platform, simply clicking the link offered will allow access into the classroom.
